Frequently Asked Questions
1
What is Home Staging?
Home staging is a marketing strategy that uses decorating and styling to create an inviting atmosphere for potential buyers. It helps define each space to sell a lifestyle, making the property more attractive and less distracting.
2
How does the Staging Process work?
Once we have discussed the property that will be staged and provided pricing for the home staging. We require that the invoice is paid in full in order to hold the installation date on the calendar. We walk the property and make furniture selections. We confirm staging date, two days before install. The day of staging we request access to the property all day and can provide a smaller installation window the day of installation. We request that all work is completed and no one at the property during the installation and pictures to be scheduled the day after installation.
3
How long does the furniture stay in the property?
As long as it needs to be there or until the home sells. Our minimum is a 30 Day staging agreement. We offer options to renew at 30 day increments after the initial staging agreement.
4
Does Staging actually work?
Staged homes tend to sell faster and for a higher price compared to unstaged homes. It helps buyers visualize themselves living in the space by reducing clutter and creating a move-in-ready feeling.

5
Can I live in the home while its staged?
No, unfortunately we do not offer “occupied” home staging. We only stage vacant homes that are not occupied while our stage furniture is in the home.
6
Can I pay for my staging at closing?
No, we unfortunately do not offer that service. All home staging is paid for in full prior to installation.
